Mme. Chraibi-Belkady leads the Groupe Scolaire Charles Péguy with a commanding 20-year career in education. Her deep expertise was forged through 18 years of service within the French collège-lycée system, supplemented by crucial leadership experience gained from launching a primary and nursery school.

After three highly successful years leading our Middle and High School divisions (starting in September 2021), she now holds the position of Head of School. Her guiding vision is the commitment to personalized learning pathways that support and challenge every student, ensuring they are positioned to realize their complete academic and personal potential.

With 27 years of experience in education, Salima is the principal of Charles Péguy kindergarten. A former early childhood teacher, she understands children’s needs, teachers’ daily realities, and the importance of family relationships. Present since the school’s opening, she helped create a safe and caring environment. Her leadership is based on strong pedagogical foundations and continuous training.

Today, she leads her teams to ensure protection, listening, and well-being for every child, with a vision of a warm, dynamic, and collaborative school.

For the past three years as the Primary School Director at Charles Péguy, Imane has placed children’s well‑being, safety, and personal growth at the heart of her mission. Deeply committed to her work and close to her students, she strives every day to create a caring environment where each child is listened to, respected, and protected.

Fully engaged in prevention and student support, Imane works closely with teaching teams to ensure a safe, reassuring, and nurturing school climate. Her vision is that of a primary school where children grow with confidence, teachers feel supported, and parents are welcomed as true partners in their child’s success.

As the Academic Director of the Charles Péguy Middle & High School, Hamza supports students and teachers with high standards, kindness, and a strong spirit of collaboration. With extensive experience in teaching and pedagogical coordination, he ensures a calm, safe, and motivating environment where every student can succeed.

Committed to the educational continuity of the ISP network, Hamza works closely with teachers and families to guide each learner along their academic journey and to encourage their full personal growth.

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Kawtar brings deep expertise in talent development, organizational culture, and people‑centered leadership. She has led major HR transformations, built strong development frameworks, and ensured high standards of quality and compliance across the organisations she has served.

Rahal is an experienced senior finance leader with over 25 years of expertise across national and international organisations. He brings a strong commitment to financial rigor, operational excellence, and responsible governance, ensuring the school operates with transparency, stability, and long‑term sustainability.

Known for his collaborative approach, Rahal works closely with the leadership team to support strategic planning and to strengthen the school’s financial foundations. His deep experience in financial management, internal controls, and organizational development makes him a key contributor to the smooth and secure functioning of our school community.

With 12 years of experience in education, Soukaina specializes in student recruitment, family experience, and school development strategies. After holding leadership roles in several institutions, she managed admissions teams, developed new academic programs, and strengthened school visibility in France and internationally.

As Head of Marketing and Admissions and a member of the leadership team, she oversees the entire enrollment journey, ensuring a personalized and welcoming experience for families. She also leads marketing strategy, digital communication, events, and community engagement. Driven by a data-informed approach and a passion for education, she helps families feel confident and well supported.

School psychologist and designated child protection lead at Charles Péguy School, Rania ensures the psychological, emotional, and social well-being of students. She helps create a safe and caring environment where every child can grow with confidence.

She identifies at-risk situations and coordinates appropriate support, focusing on prevention and early intervention. Working closely with the child protection team, she promotes a culture of vigilance, respect, and care through staff training and clear safeguarding policies. Her work supports a school committed to safety, empathy, and the well-being of all students.

The safeguarding team is led by Ms. Chraibi-Belkady, who has 20 years of experience in education, including 18 years in the French middle and high school system. She also contributed to opening a primary school and a nursery, giving her a comprehensive understanding of children’s needs at every stage.

After supervising the middle and high school divisions, she is now head of the school and leads the safeguarding culture. Under her leadership, the team ensures that every student feels safe, supported, and empowered, working together to prevent, identify, and respond to risks. Their mission is to provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that supports students’ overall development.
